If you checked out as a registered user, you can find all your digital purchases in your Account area under Downloads. They will be there forever and can be downloaded unlimited times.

If you checked out as a guest, your digital purchases can be found in your email account. Make sure to check your spam folder as they will sometimes end up there.

If you wish to register after checking out as a guest, you should be able to do so using the same email you entered on the website when you placed your order (this is different from the paypal or payment email, it’s the one you entered during checkout). When you’ve set up the new account you should find your downloads in the download area of your account.
